Tara is much more in tune with my body than I am and she can feel where the tension is and what I need. After the massage, she saves time for questions and gives me self-care techniques. She is patient and caring and knows exactly how to help you. As for follow up, she has a wait and see approach instead of trying to schedule you every week or every other week. CranialSacral Therapy

This was my first Cranial Sacral massage and I wasn't completely convinced it would work but I was desperate. I had a low level migraine and tension headache constantly for about a week. Sometimes it's the weather, how I sleep, being on the computer too much, what I eat, or just life and genetics. The massage was both oddly comforting and relaxing, plus it did the job. Tara told me it wouldn't be immediate relief and it did take about a day and a half for complete relief, but the effects of this massages lasted 2 weeks with no headache.

I garden for a living so I am doing a lot of bending, kneeling and pulling, leaving my lower back and body very tight. I also am the caretaker for my elderly parents which adds another layer of worry and stress. I have tried many approaches for relief and the one that worked the best was Abdominal Massage & Visceral Manipulation. I have had two massages with this approach and the relief I have gotten is great!! I always thought of being "tight" was in my back, neck, shoulder etc. not my belly. Who knew!
